Membangun Sistem Pendukung Pengambilan Keputusan Dalam Rangka Meningkatkan Kualitas Kebijakan Di Kabupaten Toraja Utara

Abstract
This paper is a Change Project Plan on Building a Decision Support System in Order to Improve Policy Quality in North Toraja Regency. The amount of data and information for several government organizations actually becomes a problem. Weak implementation of standards in data collection, as well as the ability of human resources in understanding data collection methods are challenges for government organizations in facing the demands of today's progress. The lack of support for information technology resources is also a problem in the implementation of electronic data processing. Therefore, a breakthrough is needed that is able to encourage the use of information technology in the use of data and information, especially in supporting decision making, as well as efforts to improve the quality of human resources oriented to the use of information technology so that future challenges can be opportunities for every government agency. The output produced is a Metadata Document that contains potential data from each SKPD, the "Alang-Data" Information System which can be implemented within the scope of the North Toraja Regency government and can be accessed online so that it can present real-time data related to indicators that become references. in policy making, as well as a guidebook for the use of information systems. The expected outcome of this change project is the availability of a decision support system in order to improve the quality of policies in North Toraja Regency.
