Membangun ASN Adaptif di Sulawesi Selatan melalui Integrasi AI: Revolusi Digital di BPSDM Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan

Abstract

With the advancement of information and communication technology, the need for Civil Servants (ASN) who are adaptive and responsive to changes is becoming increasingly urgent. In South Sulawesi, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in the development of ASN is expected to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of public services. This journal discusses how the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) of South Sulawesi Province can utilize AI technology to create more innovative, responsive, and adaptable civil servants in response to societal dynamics. Using a data-driven approach, this study will identify existing challenges and opportunities and provide strategic recommendations for implementing AI in the ASN environment.
