Teknologi dan Olahraga: Bagaimana Inovasi Digital Mengubah Dunia Kesehatan Fisik
Main Article Content
Abstract
In the digital era, technology has played an increasingly dominant role in the world of sports and fitness, transforming the way we monitor health, train athletes, and manage injuries. Wearable technology, such as smartwatches and fitness trackers, enables real-time health and fitness monitoring, providing crucial data that can be used to enhance performance and individual well-being. Additionally, innovations like Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) have elevated training experiences by creating interactive and engaging environments, while digital training applications offer personalized workout programs tailored to individual needs. In professional sports, Big Data has become a key tool in improving performance and strategy. Deep data analysis allows coaches and teams to understand game patterns, identify weaknesses, and design more effective strategies. It is also used in injury management, where biometric data helps predict injury risks and develop better rehabilitation programs, minimizing recovery time and preventing recurrent injuries. AI and machine learning play a significant role in personalizing training and analyzing athlete performance. With the ability to process large amounts of data, AI assists in providing real-time feedback, predicting injuries, and optimizing training programs. Lastly, adaptive technology and inclusive policies have increased sports accessibility, ensuring that all individuals, including those with physical limitations, have equal opportunities to participate in sports and enjoy the health benefits they offer.
