Survey Penyelenggaraan Webinar ASN Adaptif Series#2: Service by Heart Wujudkan Indonesia Sehat

Abstract

The ASN Adaptif Series#3 webinar, held on July 18, 2024, with the theme "Service by Heart Wujudkan Indonesia Sehat," aimed to enhance the quality of public service through adaptation and innovation in the healthcare sector. The event was attended by 1,553 participants from various institutions, who gained insights from two main speakers. Prof. Dr. Amir Imbaruddin, MDA, Ph.D., presented the conditions of hospital services (RSUD) and patient satisfaction indicators, while Dr. dr. Nu’man Daud, Sp.PD., K-GEH discussed the change management model based on Kotter’s theory for cultural transformation in the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes). Participant feedback indicated high satisfaction with the theme, content, and technical quality of the webinar. The majority of participants felt the webinar theme had a significant impact on their performance, with 92.8% considering it to be influential or highly influential. The audio and visual aspects were also rated very positively by 92.9% of participants. However, some suggestions included increasing interactivity, improving technical quality, and extending discussion time. Recommendations for future events include enhancing interactive elements, improving technical aspects, integrating case studies, and adding more networking time. Implementing these recommendations is expected to improve the effectiveness and satisfaction of participants in upcoming webinars, while also strengthening the quality and impact of public service in Indonesia.
