Survey Penyelenggaraan Webinar ASN Adaptif Series#2: Bahagia di Tempat Kerja, Unggul Dalam Pelayanan

Abstract

In the era of globalization and digital transformation, Civil Servants (ASN) face the challenge of adapting
to rapid changes. The ASN Adaptive Webinar Series #2 with the theme "Happiness at Work, Excellence in
Service" was held on July 11, 2024, to equip ASN with an understanding of the importance of creating a
positive work environment. With an increase in participants from 1,341 to 3,218, this webinar
demonstrated a very good response from the audience, especially from Non-Governmental ASN in
Sulawesi Province. The participant satisfaction rate reached 95.7%, reflecting the success of the delivery
of material by renowned speakers. Topics discussed included stress management techniques, building
harmonious working relationships, and creating work-life balance. Survey results indicate that happiness
in the workplace positively contributes to the quality of public service. Suggestions from participants, such
as increasing interactivity and improving technology quality, are expected to be implemented in future
webinars to enhance effectiveness and participation
