Abstract
This article aims to provide an overview of the implementation of the Adaptive Civil Servant Webinar Session-1 organized by the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) of South Sulawesi Province on July 4, 2024, which successfully attracted 1341 participants, with 1060 from South Sulawesi Province and 282 from outside the province. The webinar received highly positive responses from participants, with the majority feeling very satisfied (57%) or satisfied (37%). Additionally, 95% of participants rated the event preparation as excellent or good, and 96% found the speakers very capable or capable. The webinar's theme was considered very interesting (62%) or interesting (34%), and 94% of participants felt the theme positively impacted their organizational performance. 99% of participants expressed willingness to attend the next webinar session, indicating high enthusiasm. However, there are areas that need improvement, such as audio quality and scheduling that better fits civil servants' work schedules. Participant suggestions include increasing the frequency of webinars, improving internet connectivity, and presenting themes more relevant to the digital era. This webinar demonstrates that initiatives like these are crucial for developing civil servants' competencies, and better future implementations are expected to provide greater benefits to participants and their organizations.
