This article aims to conceptually describe leadership in various cultures. A true multicultural leader is an innovative leader, who becomes an effective intercultural communicator and negotiator in a variety of societies. In this leadership pattern, efforts are needed to find these diverse cultural values by understanding the differences and similarities between them in the spirit of diversity. Important elements in the cultural dimension through non-verbal communication, use of language, orientation of space and time, psychological approaches that influence the success and failure of leadership patterns in communication. Other cultural dimensions such as the mindset used by groups/individuals are usually based on the cultural values of the people of an ethnic group from childhood who are accustomed to thinking and behaving like that. The set of values and norms in culture is a set of ideals and desires that are expected in the community group. Good and bad and forbidden values and orders affect their attitudes and behavior. The most important elements in our culture are value systems, self-image, non-verbal communication, language use, space and time orientation which we examine and observe from different cultural differences and choose a culture that is definitely right or wrong.
